Econiche... comments from AGM...... conveying what I heard at AGM about Econiche (apologize if redundant as I have not yet read many other posts):
First with respect to Art's question... Someone reporting here from the AGM stated that the sample to USDA has been sitting in a warehouse in the US for over a year. Did I hear wrong?...
1) Bioniche just recently sent new Econiche samples re granting of conditional license in U.S.
2) The reference to a year... Bioniche now has a year's worth of production of Econiche in inventory. Apparently production is a rather slow process and they want to be prepared in anticipation for heavy demand once conditional U.S. approval received.
3) There are 3 large U.S.-bound "tentative" orders for Econiche which will become "firm" orders once conditional approval received.
4) Potential for a distribution partner in U.S... Graeme's response was that multinationals were now "lining-up" to discuss this opportunity (may have to "downsize" his enthusiasm but direction of message is 100% clear).
5) Re: question from rhdmd re Australia.... partial answer.... International registrations of the E. coli O157 vaccine....To follow U.S. full licensure (from AGM slide presentation avail on Bioniche's investor site).
6) Graeme spoke of the timing of conditional license in U.S. as a "rolling target". Although Graeme did not/ would not make a projection re timing the implication is "sooner than later" if it is meant to happen (i.e within next 3 months - my interpretation only).
Hopefully helpful. rg (long & deep on BNC)
Caveat...above comments (excluding pt 5) are from memory / not notes. And, it's been known to have the grey cell wires crossed occasionally as you have already witnessed from my past posts.
P.S...the value of the AGM was 75% in the Q&A portion. And yes, not all Qs asked or answers meeting complete satisfication - but better than most AGMs that can't veer from the corporate line at all.
