You did bettter than I did.  I got some at 8.07.

I sold all my units shortly after the dilution for 9.40.  I'd been buying and holding for years.  Some I had bought at $3.40 or less a couple of years ago when the dividend was nice.  I bought back about a third of my position today.  Next week I'll either buy back the rest if the price dops under 8 or I'll sell what I have if it gets close around 9.

I can't see a distribution increase in the foreseeable future so I have to buy the units at a point where I can get around 7 or 8 percent..  That means a unit price of $7.00 to $8.00.  Investors are looking for yield and that's what I'm looking for as well.

What scares me is what would happen to the unit price if they cut the distribution again.
