RE: RE: $4.63 MILLION LOSE IS TINY PEANUTS

Where the f*@#k do you see the loss of $4.63 million?

On page 8 of M/A dated Nov12/10 on Sedar SGR tells us,

"The company generated record positive cash flows from operations this qtr."

We know this as Dale told us there was a "net profit" from operations of slightly over 2ml. So did SGR have a profitable qtr? Also from M/A same page,

"There was a bottom line loss after consideration after consideration of exploration and corporate general and administrative expenses"

Overall a loss of slightly over 2ml.

Its all on Sedar but you do not want to go there, oh no. You will find scary stuff there like,

"share based compensation increased in the most recent qtr to 1,791,238"

Good to themselves are they not? This is besides salary and other benefits as it is in the form of free options to themselves. Wow. Want to know more? NO you do not but one more BIG one. Page 9

'NO HISTORY OF EARNING'

'The company has no history of earnings with respect to its mineral exploration and development activities and there is no assurance that its operations will ever be profitable"

Ouch. I do believe they say they wil have to issue more shares. Find that if you look on Sedar.
