soc disclosure of materialI think both SOC and CAN are being too quiet as sharesholders need clarity as to what is going on.
SOC's disclosure of information has been profesional - please read my thoughts before you crucify me for makeing the statement.
SOC contacted CAN on July 30th about the claim ownership and requested the CAN stop exploring on the 7.2 hectares of land.
CAN did not acknowledge the letter - CAN shares were trading around $1.60.
SOC contacted CAN on several additional occassions and CAN has not acknowledged the letters.
CAN requested the meeting on October 28th - SOC attended. CAN was hoping the government would intervene - this was not an arbitration. It was a discussion at best.
SOC never made news that they owned CAN land.
SOC never made reference to CAN in its press releases.
SOC never made reference to the CAN deposit/ML/Prospecting lease etc.....
SOC has made direct, short, legal and non-promoitional news releases - just stating the facts.
It is for these reasons that I believe SOC owns what they say they have.
CAN - only responded to SOC Mining License release although it did not mention name of company
CAN has not announced any further drilling results although they are drilling 1000's of metres per month.
SOC president is not providing details on the progress to anyone.
