Hmmm.. a bit of hyperbole YG?
All I said is that there is an inherent conflict in interest for the existing structure of the OSC.
Let me support my argument - Frankly Agoracom got a slap on the wrists. Did you note the first conviction - they blamed it all on a single individual! and the OSC bought it. Then for the final agreement they cut down the already modest fine because of some "extenuating circumstances". If this was the US - they'd be doing jail time. Just look at how the USA dealt with Conrad Black compared to Canada's market enforcers.
