Just returned from the special meeting downtown.

No problems or hassles, nice and smooth.

MARlikely to stop trading on Nov 23rd, MOZ likely to start on Nov 26th, onthe TSX, if all the paperwork proceeds according to the plan.

MOZ presentation by Phil Walford had three highlights:

a) conservatively, three million ounces;
b) gold in all the rocks, including metasediments;
c)gold in clean condition, without Arsenic etc, just like Timmins, whichmeans processing will have very high recoveries and minimalenvironmental impact.
