It is obviously VERY HARD for IBI to do !!!  They've been trying for over three years now to raise money for Grey Crown to go public (unless that ISN'T really the PLAN) and have failed miserably in their efforts.  AND Grey Crown is supposed to be sitting on millions of ounces of gold !!!  Yeah right !!
Just like Namekara was a billion dollar resource !!!
