Indeed there is a special meeting set for December 15.  There has to be 21 days notice so the notice will be in the mail early next week or end of this, and that is when we will know what its about.  

Could be with all the buys from Goldman and others that they smell an unfriendly takeover and are looking for a poison pill.  Could be a friendly takeover or a straight sale of assets to an interested buyer.  Could be some kind of further arrangement. On the more boring side, could be the election of a new board but that would be pretty unusual; usually between AGMs the directors for the time being fill vacancies.

I haven’t got a clue really but I am guessing poison pill.
