Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. He never called me! Therefore that friend of his would have had an undue advantage over me and any others that may have wanted to purchase the stock anticipating an increase in SP after the takeovers were announced. That's the harm and the outcome might be some time in the slammer and/or a fine for Mr.Finkelstein. What's your point?
