I been on SH quiet lately due to my busy schdule, but I couldn't resist replying to this one.

With all due respect, if I were Endo (or any company for that matter), I would do my DD and have a plan in place before I bought the company. Why would anyone buy a company to see what happens, and then make the changes?

I think you better review yor logic.or better explain it.
