Reputation RiskNo one has taken into the consideration of the Tanzian govn't. The ultimate goal of these countries is to increase the mining industry as much as possible. Their GDP is so low, they need a driving industry to help bolister the economy and create weath, equality, clean water, etc.
You now have a major junior mining company- 28% owned by a major mining company (owned by the Chinese government-45%) which also holds land near by. Also take CAN is sitting on a potential major gold field of which ownes a massive piece of property, which can help drive the countrys goal.
Now a company which spent a whopping 26k total on the land, and has very shaky legal ground to stand on-expired option on a ml, claims they own <1% of land in the middle of CAN's.
Also consider how this has become a "major" news story for all major and minor mining/exploring companies/prospects in/looking into Tanzinia. If Tanzinia does not stand up now and do whats right it will instantly decrease business confidence for the countries lack of government and legal support.
Will CAN have to pay someone yea prob, but I really dont think they should. I hope they stand strong and dont back down. Cant wait for this to be over, the sooner this is resolved the sooner we are going to $6
