Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: Just

RE: RE: JustSeems the Mongolian Government has the right to take a stake in deposits of strategic importance. I assume that if a powerplant was built then the deposit would be considered at that point to be strategically important.

mineral deposit of strategic importance5.5.The State may own up to 34% of the shares of an investment to be made by a license holder in a where proven reserves were determined through funding sources other than the State budget.

Don't know if any gov. money was used in exploration and not sure if the government getting involved would mean the ownership is 'given' to them or if they actually invest cash.

Edoway, are we barking up the right tree here, as far as you see it?
