5.4.The Government may participate up to 50% in the exploitation of a mineral deposit of strategic importance where Government funded exploration was carried out.
5.5.The State may own up to 34% of the shares of an investment to be made by a license holder in a mineral deposit of strategic importance where proven reserves were determined through funding sources other than the State budget.
Don't know if any gov. money was used in exploration and not sure if the government getting involved would mean the ownership is 'given' to them or if they actually invest cash.
