RE: TIME THAT...The problem with this company is that they own most of it so they feel they are not accountable to the rest of us shareholders on the outside!!
Bottom line is they need the $2.5 million capital or from a private placement for the International Lithium Spin-off listing requirement and that has not happened since they announced this in 2009.
They could not get the money then and they do not seem to be able to achieve that now based on the constant delays and lack of information. So the spinoff will be held up until they get the listing requirement dollars out of the way.
They keep stating in their email replies from IR to us that they are also shareholders however that does not mean they are any smarter than us when it comes to making money as we all share the tanking of the share price and the lack of vision and direction from the executive team.
Hey executives!!! You are running a public company here with other shareholders than yourselves.
Smarten up and start providing proper guidance!!!!!
