Oil stocks, seasonally, and historically do best in cold months.
Buy when it snows...sell when it goes is the adage. I'm in the Kootneys and it snowed last night. Dec will tell the tale and I'm betting .25 gets a re-test. Until then if you want to sell me your shares for .16 put your sell order in. My buy is there.
