BONTERRA CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

BonTerra Resources Inc. has closed its non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $720,000 by the issuance of 3,428,572 units at a price of 21 cents per unit announced by news releases in Stockwatch dated Nov. 8, 2010, and Nov. 10, 2010. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable into one additional share for a period of two years until Nov. 16, 2012, at a price of 28 cents per share.
