You should try reading Oilsands Review instead of Oilweek.

You speak a good deal to the process CLL uses as being the most limiting in the industry.  Please elaborate.  Break it down to water treatment, oil processing, and steam generation, and lift.  What about their process is different, and or limiting.  What is their real SOR?  What is Suncor's?  Other than the cost to truck, which I agree is a cost that is higher than those that have pipeline to upgraders, I can't see much difference and I'm looking at the PFDs and P&IDs of Algar and another plant as I type this.  I'm just not clear on who at site is telling you this information, or who at site would know that you would be talking to.  Do the Directors of Operations really disclose this kind of info to the Vac Truck drivers who clean out their septic tanks?
