conspiracyEveryone always thinks there is someone HOLDING DOWN a stock.  BUT WHY!?! GOOD NEwS AHEAD???!!!
hahaha.  one person is not dumping shares in "account A" to buy more in "account B"
ITS SIMPLE.. TOE property results were nothing great, so now engineer is the last hope, thats why it's dropped.  Risky investment for sure, but it MIGHT pay off.
