Take a look at V.GLC.  If one had run away when things got quite after a busy day, you would have missed a lot of the journey.

As GLC was running from 0.10 to 0.35, it took about two months.  Volumes ranged from as high as 2,000,000 shares to as low as 83,500.  It also did it's own thing the whole way up, unrelated to the daily markets.

I'm sure there are other examples you guys have seen through too.  Flagpole then flag, flag pole then flag.  This is how monsters are built.
