RE: Sure, Vick & Nick: I Just Luv You Guys

RE: Sure, Vick & Nick: I Just Luv You Guysdoingthejob (aka aatozz; aka the prospective President of the prospective Association of Inspiration Mining Shareholders),

Don't be so modest as to credit others for the slapstick comedy on this forum. With a contributor like you, and a subject like Inspiration Mining, comedy would result, regardless of other players.

doingthejob/aatozz, you are the George Costanza of the Stockhouse and Agoracom forums. Like George, you are unwittingly a comedian - believing you are normally endowed, but so inept at so many things. Your pronouncements would stand alone as laugh providers, but your naivete in taking yourself seriously is the touch that makes you George - the butt of the humour in the unreal world of the Inspiration Mining cheerleaders.

Take the Survey and the shareholder revolt that you organized this past spring. The material you supplied there was hilarious - enough for a continuing second episode if it was sitcom. The unbridled enthusiasm you showed at the start, with all the strategy you laid out to whaler and the Agoracom entourage. Plans for digital recordings, and the technology that would be employed to convey results. Your address to the gathered followers saying "When I refer to a conservative, or ultra-conservative approach, that implies that is it non-confrontational", as you girded yourself for the AGM battle. Then the first signs of concern, as the reality set in, and you realized you could be identified at the AGM. The relief when you hatched the trip to Florida and the pretend college boy son who would attend the meeting and report back to you. Your confusion on explaining the results of "your son's" attendance, and your timing blunder where you knew something before "your son" could have told you. Then the episode winds up, and George faces the reality of another colossal failure - and in true Seinfeld tradition you sit in a cafe, waiting for lunch with your idol Randy - who never comes. Priceless - I'd like to have rights to that story plot - Seinfeld might be coaxed out of retirement.

I'm sure surething1111 and Nickel77 get as many laughs from your antics as I do. The only thing is every once in a while I realize that you are not an actor playing the part of George - there is a real person roaming the GTA challenged with this ineptness 24/7. But the I think of you getting laughed out of Agoracom before you even got out of the Mailroom, and my pity for you again turns to laughter. Please don't leave aatozz/doingthejob - the forum needs some cheer from the last remaining cheerleader.
