RE: RE: Here is a simple question, even maysteelerExpanding the Algar to 34K from 10K will not be as expensive as building a 24K bbl/day plant - so 700M is pretty high.  But I agree the excess cash flow next year won't be ebough to start the expansion.  they will need 2011 and 2012 to pay down debt, with heavy expansion spending starting in 2013.  The caveat would be that if Oil hits $100 for most of 2011, they will generate a good deal of cashflow.

Was watching TD shorting at 1.15 this morning - working with our good friend annonymous (aka TD) - not surprising to see them tank it at the close.  At this rate, I don't expect there will be many retailers holding much going forward.
