I agree totally,  but  you need to cut the grade to 30g (normal cut grade and will be done in 43-101) not 50 so the grade will come down even more.  If the gold is refractory that will add huge costs, not to mention the strip ratio given the erratic distribution of gold down hole.   But have to give the management team a big high 5 for getting this financing done as it adds alot of freedom to the company going forward.  You always take the money when it is available
