No issue whatsoever on this.  I actually called the securities regulator in the Yukon regarding this issue. They have the very same laws as the rest of Canada on this and other issues, and even greater oversight in some other areas.  But, they do allow for directors to not be from Canada.  I do not care, because with the quality of the dumb-a$$ Canadian's we have had, I would rather they get a great team.
Look....here is my story now. I have changed.  Go Russia.  Seriously.  I don't trust them YET, but Go Severstal.

Build this mine to a fantastic money maker for you.  But...I am a shareholder, and if you attempt to screw me, or do something 'russian-like' and try to steal my shares cheap, then I'll be getting the biggest baddest-a$$ lawyer to throw all kinds of blocks up to halt it, and I'll win, because I have lots of friends here.  And we are vocal.
So, like our USA friend says, (with my own twist) together we stand united and we win - divided we get screwed.
