according to Peter...the announcement on Sedar was not to be posted concerning the AGM as being dec 15th ad by law it cannot be announced until 24 days after the release of the year end financial report. As the report has not even been delivered there can not be a release with the set date for the year end. The meeting is not cancelled but will be held in the new year likely after the proper amount of time has lapsed after the release of year end results. There are no catastrophes at the company.
Peter believes the legal dept made the original announcement concerning the meeting as there were talks or an earlier release but it didn't happen and the release should never have gone out.
Again, no cancellation of the meeting, just the release date of the AGM
