Options vs. PP

Options vs. PPOK would everyone like nag to do a pp as opposed to an option? The way I see it is the management has enough confidence that the sp will rise,(why issue options @.12 when the sec would likely let them issue another round @.08)?  A PP on the other hand @ .12 wouldn't show any confidence, in otherwords they would be going for someone elses money for funds. Every CEO and company either issues options or outright bonuses for being at work (supposedly).. lol We all know very few show up at the office everyday.  I'd sooner see options granted @the same level the sp is than a PP lower , or a damn bonus. .... Idealy we would all like to see a great NR , and profit as well as expansion.  Options arent the end of the world in my opinion.  I still think they have something up their sleeve for better returns from a .12 option, why would you issue an option @ sp value when you know you have no value left?Something to chew on for the weekend!! And up for discussion.
