RE: sprott management

RE: sprott managementThe fact remains that the pricing of this deal is a disgrace and an insult to anyone that has a single share.

This is the kind of deal that is done in a very bad market with silver stagnant and a lot of fear in the air, not one where silver is reversing higher nearly every day.

The talk of silver going to $100 is totally irrelevant- if we knew that for sure we should buy back SLW interest and sit on shafter.

500 million  is a TON of shares for any stock in any market. To get a 4 bagger assuming 50 cents start price we would have a market cap of $2 billion.

Bottom line is we have lost a lot of our leverage in a panicky deal when no panic was called for.

I have a fair amount of shares and am not a basher but this has me really pissed off. 31 cents with a full warrant at 41 cents, Sprott taking no risk for their big demands...a firm we have never heard of getting 7%. I am truly insulted. I really think the mafiosa would have provided better terms.

I will be looking to get out anywhere near Fridays close.

It's not right.
