please give me your input
please give me your inputI was looking at the Gold Miner Pulse report for the new Silvermex. I decided to compare it to the metrics for Genco pre merger. The share count basically doubled (a fair amount of dilution in my opinion) which affected our Metal Value per Share (MVpSh). I just compared gold and silver because the lead and zinc values are negligible. Genco was $10.98 gold and $30.50 silver compared to our new Silvermex of $5.61 gold and $20.11 silver. The per share price of
.77 could be viewed as
.35 if using the same fully diluted Genco number. Now please don't get me wrong, I see the long term potential for this company and I plan to hold in strong hands my shares until we reach our destination as an intermediate (or hopefully a major) producer. The potential for $400 -$500 per ounce silver ounce COMEX and LBMA price suppression is broken gives unlimited upside for our investment. I guess my question is - Why did we merger Genco with Silvermex? What was the value added? And where do you see us 1 year, 3 years, 5 years down the road? Thanks everyone, looking forward to your input.
