hey Birch.....  if your concerned begin scaling out now.....  wait for the news and then either buy back in at grossly inflated prices or look for another investment with less risk.  it never ceases to amaze me that people want all the info and the stock at rock bottom (look at the market cap not share price).  that info costs money.......  and the market will always begin pricing that in before you do.
the strength of the move in cin should be telling you something.
