mengo vs makola

mengo vs makola

Some thoughts I had...it seems like there may be a lot more of a consideration, i.e. "neogotiation" of the larger reserves (Makola mostly, but as well Laongo and others) held by Mag, and this could be holding up the SDIC.  Rich may not want to give away everything to make a deal, the Chinese dont want to invest in just potentilly 7% of the potential in the area.

my other thought is this stock is not getting any love from the markets, we all know that, and it is harder to get a bounce upwards in share price if we are not starting from a higher level.  We can all have our own ideas, but many analysts and shareholders see the value of Mag at over $1, and in the past when speculation of a deal was able to push this stock up into the 60s and 70s this was not unreasonable, but the market is not willing to give this stock any appreciation in value pre-deal, so obtaining a higher shareprice is going to be difficult and this is in the Chinese's favour.  I think a deal is going through but mag is fighting to get 70 cents a share.  Just my thoughts...
