Trouble is, you take a bit of truth and then spin it to sound like it is a total negative, so yes, it is bashing.

My take from the NR is Talisman or questioning the competence of WZR to continue as operator of the field, and want to take over as operator. To me, that is a big positive since WZR has not had a great history of their drilling record. Talisman have much more experience and would do a much better job.

As for Talisman walking away, that is just plain ludicrous. They have quits a substantial investment here already, have some potential oil zones in the 2 wells which may begin producing soon. They also have proven gas reserves with high condensate rates which will be producible in the future (5-10 years?). This will be a long term cash cow, they will not just walk away from it.

For those on this board who don't know good40 and his bashing, please try to find one post of his in the past 5 years that is not negative of questioning. They don't exist.
