There is no further information indicating they have abandoned the investment. The share price has been stagnant since they invested. Rule Family Trust tends to invest for the longer haul and not be a quick flipper.
Both trading price and trading volumes have been stagnant since March 2010. A 10% sale would have been noticeable on the charts. The largest weekly volume for this stock since spring 2010 was July 30, when 58 000 shares were traded at 0.16 (a whopping $9 300 bucks worth)
Have you any evidence to support that a 10% block has been sold? Rick Rule divesting himself of his Naikun holdings would have been noticed in the markets. The record suggests this has not happened.
