Vast cannot issue a NR as Nikp controls the flow of information. Best they can do is ask Niko.

I took Newbies advice and picked up some more today. I still figure the value of the 63m net oil pay alone values the share price higher than the current price. I see Scotia is still selling those 500 share blocks helping keep the price down.
