I'm inclined to believe that he still owns - there's been no change in circumstance from Naikun' standpoint from when he bought in - the company had already passed over in the power call and was strategically reassessing their options. As Naikun has not waived the white flag, and in fact is still adamant Hecate Straight winds will be harnessed for energy, nothing on the Naikun company side in my mind would compel the Rule Family Trust to sell.
