That's great, moouserman---earlier than expected.

Now here's the kicker:

All SMR shareholders who had the foresight to exchange said shares for Genco shares on November 11, 12, and 15---that is, before the effective merger date of 16 Nov.---to take advantage of the arbitrage opportunity, did indeed qualify for the extra 10% shares. 


P.S.  Another bloody day in the Chinese market.
