The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

RE: Sorry guysOh Please- We all knew that the financing was close, what we didn't know is that the price would be at a 40% discount in a strong silver envoirnment after the stock had moved  relentlessly higher on good volume. With an in the money warrant thrown in for good measure.
