RE: They should have waitedI'm a disgruntled shareholder too but 1. the 2 transactions put $50k into the co and 2. they reported quite quickly - I believe they have 30 days to report insider transactions (and some take more) - the fact they reported immediately is positive...ok I'm grasping...
