Did they say this, really, are you "positive"?

I don't believe they did and you are not telling the truth.

On page 7 of the April 10/10 M/A for ACT posted on sedar it says;

"However, the Corporation believes that it will continue to experience negative cash flow for the current fiscal year and may require equity or debt financings sometime during fiscal 2011"

There is as much truth in this post of yours as there has been in your telling us of all the phone calls you have had with mgnt and shared with us.  How about your ego, how many times have you posted,
