2. Russia disarms a majority of war heads in and around the summer..fact
3. Russia increases foreign reserves in Canadian dollars, with the largest to date today....fact
4. Armz take over deal of UUU announced in the summer...fact
5. UUU's sp has steadily increased since the summer....fact.
Draw your own conclusions here....but I think this is not a good time to be short. Actually it is the worst time to be short.
