If so you think they would have been better prepared for it but as we know & have paid dearly to find out proactive is a word ACT just doesn't seem to get. That is of course until it comes to blowing SH value with a consolidation? Others have survived in the same business so blaming the US Govt. or anyone else for this companies poor performance is just lame.
