Thank you badactor for telling it like it is.  I was going to comment on the continued bashing of MSHA which is totally unjustified. 

The MSHA cannot enforce anything in regards to enforcing the legislation about wireless products for mine safety but must rely on previous and very old legislation to do so. They, despite doing a good job, have been underminded by huge caol companies, congress and others. 

This bashing is done by ill informed members who have done no dd and bash the MSHA as an easy target.  Or paid pumpers like on that other board who have come here.  The SEC found there were 200 of them and we might have one or two here.  They may even resort to lying, who knows.
