RE: Buyback

RE: BuybackBeing new to this group forgive me if I ask what some may think a stupid question but...
Has anyone thought of putting together a selling contract pooled by the minority shareholder based upon actual Reserves, Cash and Liquid Assets of the company as a floor price and are there any regulatory rules that would forbid such an undertaking?

It seems to me we can all sit around and wait and let Severstal play the game they want but are we obliged to wait?
And what are the possibilities of some other precious metals company looking at this and making a bid to buy out Severstal?  Pipe dreams?

I do know that for the market to move forces need to come to focus some folks attention.  What folks seem to focus on here is the chicken littles playing short term.  This is the constant theme that keeps the sp down.
