Well it seems my typo has paid off for the time being. I like plays with proven resourses and cash and have bought stocks like Century under a dime and sold, Alexis much the same for the reason they had mines with resourses but no cash. When cash came in they popped but even Century with a world class asset get no respect cuz of cash costs per oz and most likely huge Russian ownership. Both still are probably undervalued but not getting it done.
I now have this play and Premier for a while and see both well positioned without producing. Sometimes production kills the stock price because you have to prove to the market you can convert the rock to profitable gold and pre production plays such as these move on spec of a large deposit  and in PG's case a few of them.
I really like TRR cash position (hopefully it closes on time)
Enter First Lithium.  4km away now drilling but nada to show yet. In mining you could drill under the propery of a major and hit squat. 10meters for that matter.
Their sp is compelling to dump a few shillings into it to be sure but can they find anything?

The news of the area plays does help spred interest and that is GOOD as it helps float all boats. Coffin is good for that.
