my two cents

my two centsBeen a long time since I posted here...I am still very invested and long,

See below from Sara Elford-Canaccord Capital Nov 22nd. Needless to say the next 60 days are absolutely critical in the advancement of the Bioexx business plan/ profit model and our investment. If they achieve the anticipated milestones with in the time anticipated (reasonable variance allowed) and I think we'll be rewarded upward of 3 bucks. Miss it by a lot or run into problems and we get punished down to a buck and half. Lets hope for the former. I believe they're going to do it. IMO, there are too many talented engineers now overseeing this project for it to fail. It seems to me that they have chosen not to worry about timelines as much as they want to do it right (that's ok by me). If you don't have the patience or the courage to hang in or believe that this tiny little company will become one of the worlds greatest disruptive agri-science technologies of this century or if you need the money... then you get out now like many other nervous nellies have done this week. If you believe then you stay put and don't let the volatility get to you. There will be a financing sometiome in Q1 that we know but I am sure they will want to do it closer to 2.50 or higher than here. Either way, they have  great track record for bought deal financings and it will set a new floor price as it have done in the past. There is an anlayst tour at the plant next week...action in the stock price should reflect how they feel about the risks. For what's it's worth. I am riding it out and if I had the dough would be addding on upon any significant weakness in price (low 2's) if only due to timelines being pushed out slightly.

BIOEXX COMMENCES CONTINUOUS

PRODUCTION OPERATIONS;

REITERATE SPECULATIVE BUY

RATING AND C$4.10 TARGET PRICE

Investment recommendation

We reiterate our SPECULATIVE BUY rating and C$4.10 target

price following BioExx’s announcement that the Saskatoon plant

commenced continuous production operations last week.

Investment highlights

The plant is staffed with two shift crews that allow for up to

3.5/24 operations. A third shift crew will be added during the

plant certification period, allowing for 5/24 operations. Once

the Saskatoon plant receives HACCP/ISO/GMP certification

(Q1/11), a fourth shift crew will be added to allow for 7/24

operations.

With the start-up of continuous production, the two primary

goals are to: (1) continually improve and then maintain

protein quality, and (2) achieve and maintain the necessary

operating standards required to obtain the plant

certifications necessary for food-grade shipments. These

initiatives are critical to BioExx’s prospective customers.

Also a focus, but secondarily so for the time being, are to: (1)

continuously increase hourly throughput; (2) increase plant

uptime; and (3) increase protein yield. These variables drive

plant economics
