   Your comment about some investors participate. My take is some brokers naked short IE. Canacrap,also there is a game of 3 brokers ,grinding a stock,naked shorting,shorting,buying then selling.Illegal and Canacrap has been accused of this.imply E mail the O. security commision and in 5 years they'll look into .
