Where in the posting does it say anything about this job being related to certification for underground mines. It doesn't and this has nothing to do with the certification process. Anybody entering a mine would likely have to have certification to enter the mine.

You're so upset because you lost $500 on a stock and now you can't let iit go. You'd have done better investing in 500 6/49 tickets and would have achieved the same result.
