The Property is 100%-owned by the Company and is composed of 244 claims comprising approximately 11,475 hectares, including the Ashram Rare Earth Deposit. Capacitor Metals Corp. is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

So why sell at these levels? The American high rollers on the OTC will arrive tomorrow AM and Bob Moriarty has yet to post an update at 321gold, leading their charge I presume... good for 20% at least from these mid-80 levels... (Commerce is an advertiser at 321gold and Bob hasn't written an update since 2009)... he will probably allude to cubing the 350m intercepts as a frame of reference for the value of these holes, let alone the fact that Ashram is still open in all directions with 5 drill results still pending...
