It owns a portfolio of hotels and net lease service and necessity-based retail properties. The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

Sandvine (News- Alert),a vendor of broadband network tools for fixed and mobile operators, partnered with mobile data company, Acision (News- Alert).

The Sandvine-Acision partnership provides operators with detailedtraffic insight and capabilities such as traffic flow control,subscriber control, service creation and differentiation, officials ofboth firms said, as well as intelligent content optimization for mobilenetworks.

"Our partnership with Sandvine broadens the reach of the AcisionBroadband Mobility Suite," said Marco Wanders, executive VP of MobileData Control for Acision. "Sandvine's strengths in network policycontrol and application awareness combined with Acision's optimizationand policy management product lets operators maximize network usage."

Sandvine officials said some other benefits of the partnership willinclude selective video and Web optimization that manages data trafficpeaks and increases quality of experience, traffic optimization thatensures fair usage for all network subscribers using flexible real-timepolicy control, policy management and real-time rating which enablesoperators to differentiate their offerings, tailored to meet the demandsof their specific market segments, and business intelligence thatprovides detailed insight and visibility into subscriber consumption andapplication analysis.

A week ago, TMC reported that Ontario-based Sandvinecompleted interoperability testing of its Policy Traffic Switch (PTS)with Alcatel Lucent, Intracom Holdings, Redknee, and Tekelec's (News- Alert)Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) platforms.

Earlier this month, TMC’s Calvin Azuri reported that elements of Acision BroadbandMobility Suite for policy elements would be installed by Acision incollaboration with Telefonica (News- Alert)Group. According to the announcement made by Acision, the company willprovide a sophisticated policy engine as part of the deal: “This willinclude Tekelec's Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) platform.”

In January, Sandvine and Openet (News- Alert)demonstrated operability via a joint customer win. Earlier thisquarter, Sandvine had announced interoperability with BridgewaterSystems' PCRF.
