That is a fantastic idea.  We could clearly state that we as minorities see value which appears to be purposely held back, that we see unearned value in the stock price with respect to our company investments in other public firms, that we question the non-promotional aspect of HRG by Severstal, that we do not allow Severstal stalking to buy shares in the market from other parties without a public declaration of doing so, that we want Prognoz maintained (even demand they pay off the $18 million) and demand a seat at the table.  Most of all, that we bring notice to Severstal that any actions which may appear at some point which contravene Canadian Law will be met with all legal avenues to protect our interests.
Now we need a share count to make this legit.  Chris?
