All I got from them was plausible denialability.....they were dumbfounded at my question of why they dropped coverage after being fired by Severstal. They simply stated they did not understand my question. My question was "Why did you discontinue coverage of HRG?" I added "was it because they fired you?"

They refused to answer my question and gave me a number to call if I had anymore questions.....yea right. Needless to say I did not follow up as it would have been futile.
