Funmeister has pointed this out in a November 6 post on this board. It is the result of a 2010 adjustment made to compensate warrant holders for some distribution to shareholders.

A few days ago the Canadian warrants website made the change from 1.25 to 1.13. The NR supporting this is on that website.

1.11 shares per warrant (=.9 warrants per share) adds to the value of the warrants.
