RE: SPECULATION TO NEW HIGHS....

RE: SPECULATION TO NEW HIGHS....Where did you get 4.8k bopd per day ?  Has this been developed ?  Initial flush production or long term rate
with decline ?

You used $80/bbl which is the rough current value of the commodity,  without operational costs.
You used 365 days... is the first development to run every day,  all through the year without down time ?
They have a 40% working interest,  this is not their cut.  They pay another 40% on any production for royalty.

Do not ever brush off capital expense required when estimating future potential.  One well can cost you
$50 to $100 million depending on Murphys Law.

There are no lakes or oceans of oil,  anywhere in the world... it doesn't happen that way.  Hydrocarbons
must be trapped in the pores of rock,  under extreme pressure and move to areas of lesser pressure.
Oil seeps simply mean that it wasn't trapped.

When determining the risk associated with finding oil and it becoming commercial,  you must multiply
the risk of discovery,  by the risk of development,  which includes political stability as well as financial risks.
One exploration well can't possibly define the limits of an oil bearing reservoir.  There may be pockets
of oil,  unconnected and extremely difficult to appraise.  There may be gas,  which is not a commercial prospect,
but needs to be disposed.  Where ?
